Pallavi Joshi the Co-Founder of AirFleet Managers, is a dedicated aviation professional with over 24 years’ of aviation experience. Development of a strong aviation consultancy platform in Asia, has always been of keen interest to Pallavi.
Her experience has spanned from Front Line positions through to Quality Assurance roles and Post Holder positions at various organisations. With her deep knowledge and understanding of the airline industry and her managerial capabilities, Pallavi has turned ideas into plans that can be executed. With her nature of taking new challenges and turning them into business success, Pallavi has always been innovative and creating value to the company.

Vimal Priya is the Technical Director and Co-Founder of AirFleet Managers. He is a holder of a FAA - A & P Licence and has worked with some of the major international airlines in different managerial capacities. He is trained on a wide variety of narrow and wide body aircraft i.e. B737, B747-100/250/300/400, MD10/11, DC10, L1011 to name a few.
In the role of Technical Director, he is managing the requirements of all the customers of AirFleet Managers and offers a range of services from Asset Management, Aircraft Configuration and Delivery, Redelivery and transitions. He also ensures that the client’s assets are being continually managed and monitored. With his in-depth knowledge, he also monitors each and every project in the company and makes sure that nothing less than the BEST is delivered to AirFleet Managers’ clients.

Sridhar joined AirFleet Managers in 2017 as Vice President - Power Plant and is responsible for all the activities related to customers Engines and APUs. Sridhar comes with a rich background of over 30+ years in Engines and APU management, which includes tenures at Air India and Kuwait Airways. Amongst the Engines & APUs, Sridhar’s experience encompasses all the major Engine types from GE, CFM, PW, RR and Honeywell.
Sridhar’s prime responsibility is to supervise and manage borescope inspection of Engines and APUs. He is also responsible for work-scope and shop visit management of Engines and APUs owned by our customers.

Having an experience of over 20 years’ in Finance advisory field, Manish is a qualified Chartered Accountant (Bsc-Statistics, FCA, ISA (ICAI)). Manish has been working as an expert in the Financial Domain and acted as a professional advisor in finalisation of Financial Strategy, Planning and expansion projects in India and abroad. He has a rich experience in Due Diligence, Financial Analysis, Take overs and Mergers. He has also acted as a statutory Auditor, Revenue Auditor and Stock Auditor for many of the nationalised banks (SBI, BOB, UCO Bank etc.) He has also been actively involved in professional advisory to various overseas clients for Corporate Law, Legal Accounting and Taxation matters. He has been guiding AirFleet Managers since the year 2008.

Harish is an ICAO Type II Licence holder in B1 Category, on the Airbus 330, Boeing 737 and ATR 72 series aircraft and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering. He joined AirFleet Managers in the year 2019, after working for 18 years’ in India’s premier airline - Jet Airways.

Using his vast experience, he has played an instrumental role in building CAMO capability. He is heading as well as managing the CAMO division of AirFleet Managers. He is also actively involved in managing Mid-Term inspections, Pre-Purchase Inspections and Redelivery Projects for some of our clients.

Praveen comes from AME background. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering and have 12 years of experience. Before joining AirFleet Managers, Praveen have worked for India's biggest low cost carrier, IndiGo Airlines. He holds DGCA Part 66 CAT- A1 Licence as well as EASA Part 66 CAT B1.1 Licence. Praveen has undergone B1 Type Rated Training on Airbus A319/A320/A321 from Airbus Training Center. He has also undergone Aviation Leasing Training from IALTA( International Aviation Lease Training Association).

Praveen is working with Airfleet Managers as a - Senior Manager Technical where his prime responsibility is to deliver Technical Lease services, to ensure that the client's assets are being continually managed and monitored during the full life cycle.

Jude is working with AirFleet Managers as - Manager Technical Management and is managing a number of long-term customer projects covering a range of services from aircraft configuration and delivery, aircraft redelivery & transition and various specialised projects. Jude is a FAA - A & P licence holder and has a total of 35+ years of experience in aircraft line maintenance work, on various aircraft types starting off....back in 1982, with Flying Tigers working on DC-8-63F aircraft fitted with JT-3D7 engines. Jude has also worked with companies like Cargolux, O.N.A., Evergreen International Airlines and Saudi Arabian Airlines.
Jude has a vast experience on a variety of aircraft, viz. the DC-8-63F, B747-100/250/300/400, L1011, Airbus A310-250, MD-11, and Engines like JT-3D7, CFM56-3, JT9D-7F/7J, RB21-524C2/D4, PW4135, CF680C2 and CF650C2/80C2.

Johnson has been an integral part of The Dependable Team. Leading the technical sales team, he has been a driving force for AirFleet Managers. Johnson holds a master’s degree in business administration with a major in marketing. Johnson has an experience of over 40 years’ in aviation in various companies. Johnson has vast experience and has also worked with the national carrier of Indonesia, i.e. Garuda Indonesia. He also has undergone special training on Airbus A330, A320, Boeing B737-700/800/900 just to name a few. Johnson’s expertise is of great value to the company.

Aditya is a graduate in B-Tech Aeronautical and an Operations Management student. A focused professional with over 11 years’ of rich and extensive experience in Aviation quality department. Before joining AirFleet Managers in 2019, he had worked with India’s premier airline - Jet Airways, in its Engineering Quality Department. Presently responsible for CAMO functions, standards, policies-procedures and Aviation Regulations review, aircraft induction and re-delivery projects.

Tabrez holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science and has completed his Certificate course in Aeronautical Engineering. He joined AirFleet Managers in October 2014 and is responsible for services such as lease condition review, utilisation recording and maintenance documentation review. He is also extensively involved in aircraft inspections and records management including aircraft repossessions and sales inspections. He is currently working on numerous redelivery projects in Asia and having valuable experience of on-site physical inspection and records development. Tabrez’s quick adaptability to a new atmosphere is his strength.

Rahul has completed his Certificate course for Aeronautical Engineering and also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts. He joined AirFleet Managers in 2014 and is responsible for carrying out various aircraft inspections and records management including aircraft repossessions and sales inspections. He is also responsible for Back-office data management. He has managed multiple aircraft redeliveries and aircraft inductions to the fleet. In addition to this, he has managed numerous structural checks and major assembly replacement supervision projects for various clients of AirFleet Managers.
